The spacious holiday home with hot tub, on the Llyn Peninsula, sleeps four guests and is perfect for couples and small families seeking a restful holiday in breathtaking surroundings. The property, which has its own private hot tub and undercover outdoor dining area, is just 0.5 miles, within walking distance, from the unspoilt beach at Abererch and nearby day trips include Criccieth Castle (7 miles) and Portmeirion Village (14.5 miles).

The luxurious, modern abode is bright and airy, with high ceilings and glass doors and windows looking out onto open countryside. The property is split into two levels, and on the upper ground floor you’ll find a light-filled lounge/kitchen/diner with leather sofas, realisitic electric wood burner style stove, and Smart TV. Cook up a storm in the sleek fitted kitchen and enjoy mealtimes together around the dining table next to the French doors. The two bedrooms – a king-size and a twin that can be made up as a super-king-size on request – are located on the lower ground floor, along with the family bathroom. The outside area really has the wow factor, with a raised decked area with soft outdoor seating and BBQ for relaxing and admiring the distant sea views, and a gazebo with a private hot tub and furniture for al fresco dining. There’s also a lawn where children and dogs can play.

Abererch Beach is one of the Llyn Peninsula’s hidden gems. With its unspoilt, golden sand and calm waters for bathing, it’s the perfect place for a family day at the seaside. The beach also boasts magnificent views across Cardigan Bay to Snowdonia. The beach stretches all the way to the harbour town of Pwllheli (2 miles), where you’ll find traditional amusement arcades, a great range of eateries, and a popular weekly market.

Lovely clean property. Great hosts. Good location to beaches. Everything in the property good quality, had everything you would want..maybe a tumble dryer would have been icing on the cake..so saying..dried towels and bits in the hot tub enclosure and bathroom radiator. So no issues. Fantastic place. Lots of love and hard work gone into it.
